Kramatorsk City Water Utility Recalculation Announcement
Kramatorsk city military administration, referring to the local water utility, has announced a recalculation for poor quality water following a missile strike by Russia. During the period from February 22 to 24, 2024, when equipment was being restored, consumers of multi-storey buildings and private sector had their centralized water supply costs recalculated, reducing the payment amount by 0.2 from the billing amount.
Recalculation Details
This recalculation was made in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 6, 2024, No. 127 «On certain issues of recalculating the cost of communal services for the period of their non-provision, incomplete provision, or poor quality.» The recalculation amount for centralized water supply during the period when services were provided in poor quality is reflected in the receipts for February 2024. Additionally, the recalculation amount for the address can be viewed in the consumer’s personal account on the company’s website.
