Evacuation Considered for Northern Kharkiv Region
Representative of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, announced during an informational telethon that the possibility of evacuating the northern part of the region, including the Kharkiv and Bohodukhiv districts — the so-called Zolochiv direction, is being considered.
He noted that the evacuation of those settlements that are constantly under Russian shelling is being discussed.
The head of the military administration emphasized that the occupiers continue to massively shell cities and towns, terrorizing peaceful residents and destroying the energy infrastructure. Planned power outages are taking place in Kharkiv, but there is currently no threat of a widespread outage.
«We are observing a change in the tactics of enemy shelling: repeated strikes on the same location are systematically carried out during the day and night. Given the situation, we urge residents of Kharkiv and the region to be extremely cautious during air raids, and in case of an air raid warning, be sure to stay in safe places,» Synegubov noted.
