Over the past two and a half years, Major General Kovalchuk has faced numerous challenges while leading the «South» OC. As a decorated Hero of Ukraine, he brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served in Kosovo, Liberia, and played pivotal roles in the battles for Sloviansk and Luhansk Airport.
