The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has uncovered a case of pro-Russian propaganda in the Lviv region. This information was published by the SBU Administration in the Lviv region.

According to the investigation

, the individual actively used the social network «Odnoklassniki» to spread materials that justified the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. In their publications, they supported the occupation policy, calling Crimea «Russian land» and praising the President of the Russian Federation as a «politician who has brought peace to the land». The person also glorified the army of the occupiers, acknowledging them as «heroes of the present».

Law enforcement officers have warned

the individual of suspicion under articles 436-2 part 2 and part 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, recognition of the legality, refusal to recognize the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, heroization of its participants). According to these articles, the perpetrator faces up to 8 years in prison.
