Man Arrested for Depriving Gas Station Employee of Freedom
A 31-year-old man was arrested by police in the Kamianske district for depriving a gas station employee of his freedom. Police determined that the suspect arrived at the gas station and began demanding compensation from a 29-year-old employee for fuel that, according to him, was not what was ordered last year. As a result of the conflict, the criminal pushed the victim into his car and beat him. After that, he fled the scene, but the police quickly responded to the situation and apprehended the suspect — a resident of Zhytomyr.
The man has been charged under an article that provides for restraint of liberty or imprisonment for up to five years. The case materials have been transferred to the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region for further consideration.
