The government authorizes working group to propose increase in volume of reservation
The government has allowed the interdepartmental working group on the organization of conscription of military servicemen and employees of state enterprises to submit proposals to the Minister of Defense regarding increasing the volume of reservation. This decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers at a meeting on Tuesday, July 2. This was reported by the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, on Telegram.
According to the resolution, the working group has been authorized to submit proposals to the Minister of Defense on increasing the volume of reservation, as well as to make changes to the procedure for reserving conscripts. Now this applies not only to civil servants but also to individual entrepreneurs.
Currently, individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine cannot obtain a reservation from mobilization for themselves or their employees, but this may change after the adoption of a special bill on economic reservation.
