Ukrainian Serviceman Reports on Russian Forces’ Tactics Near Kup’yansk
According to Ukrainian serviceman Viktor Petrovich, the enemy has been attempting to storm the positions of the Defense Forces for the past month, but unsuccessfully. Currently, enemy forces are trying to divert Ukrainian fighters from other directions. Russian occupiers are actively operating along the entire front line, and the direction near Kup’yansk is no exception.
Constant Assaults by Russian Forces
«Despite the actions of the Russian Armed Forces, the Defense Forces successfully repel all attacks,» Petrovich stated. «Recently, we have been witnessing constant assaults by the Russians on the Kup’yansk direction.»
Enemy Tactics in Stelmakhivka Area
According to the serviceman, the enemy is actively operating in the Stelmakhivka area. «Russian forces continue to gather strength and then carry out assaults. Their tactic involves using small infantry groups and a limited number of armored vehicles,» he added.
Creating Tension and Diversion
This tactic is designed to create tension on the Kup’yansk direction and divert Ukrainian defenders from other areas of the front. «The Russians aim to make our direction a difficult place, forcing us to expend more resources on maintaining the front. However, our servicemen openly repel all their attacks,» Petrovich concluded.
