Maxim Ovchinnikov in the final of the European Aquatics Championships

Ukrainian swimmer Maksym Ovchinnikov has made it to the final of the 200m breaststroke at the European Championships in Belgrade, Serbia.

In the semi-final, he posted the sixth fastest time of 2:12.00 minutes. The final is scheduled for June 20. It is worth noting that earlier European champions were Mykhailo Romanchuk and Oleksandr Zheldakov.
