The European Union and UNDP Provide Mobile Administrative Service Centers to Six Communities in Ukraine

The European Union and the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, have supplied mobile Administrative Service Centers (ASC) to six communities, including Shostka.

The mobile ASC is a specialized vehicle equipped with workstations for administrators and necessary equipment to provide administrative services. This service is particularly important for the elderly, people with disabilities, and other less mobile groups of the population, as well as for residents of communities where ASC buildings have been damaged or destroyed as a result of the war.

The mobile ASCs were purchased and delivered as part of the «EU4Recovery — Enhancing Community Resilience in Ukraine» project implemented by the UNDP in Ukraine with financial support from the European Union, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
