Reorganization of Special Purpose Regiment in Dnipro
Deputy Head of the National Police Oleksandr Fatsevich has announced the decision to reorganize the special purpose regiment in Dnipropetrovsk region. The regiment will no longer exist, and all employees will be transferred to the «Lyuta» brigade to perform tasks directly by the brigade.
Fatsevich stated that police officers who refuse to be transferred to «Lyuta» will be «dismissed with notices». He emphasized the need to increase the staff of the assault brigade by adding additional assault battalions, recruiting primarily from police officers of the special purpose police who are the most prepared and should serve as examples.
