The National Bank of Ukraine to appeal court decision on revocation of banking license
The National Bank of Ukraine has announced its plans to appeal the decision of the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court, which declared unlawful and annulled the NBU’s decision to revoke the banking license and liquidate PJSC «AKB ‘KONKORD'». This was reported by the regulator’s press service.
It is worth reminding that in August 2023, the National Bank made a decision to revoke the license of the said bank due to systematic violations of the legislation on anti-money laundering, financing of terrorism, and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
