Expansion of «Diya» Portal Features
Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov has introduced new capabilities to the «Diya» portal, specifically in the «Unbroken» service. Users can now access an interactive map displaying the nearest shelters, report closures, rate them, and provide feedback. However, shelters in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson regions remain inaccessible for security reasons.
«Negative reviews or closed shelters will prompt local authorities to take action and resolve the issue,» Fedorov stated.
The service offers key information on shelter ratings, addresses, capacities, availability, types, and photos of conditions. Users also have the option to download shelter addresses for offline access in their respective regions.
Director of the Department of Civil Protection Events Organization, State Emergency Service of Ukraine Viktor Vitovetskyi emphasized that the new maps in the application provide more precise data compared to previous versions, avoiding inaccuracies such as showing unused or closed shelters.
