Forced conscription scandal in Kiev region
In Kiev region, another scandal broke out over forced conscriptions. Unknown individuals attacked a 55-year-old Ukrainian man in broad daylight in front of his wife after their car was stopped by representatives of the TCK. The latter were watching this incident with a police officer.
This was stated by the daughter of the victim, Veronika Koltsova, on Facebook. The victim of state violence was Koltsov Andriy Oleksandrovich. According to her, the incident took place on January 30 in the village of Rudnytske (Brovary district) at around 12:30. She notes that her publication has already been deleted several times due to complaints.
«This is how they stop truck drivers in Kiev. They call unknown individuals after issuing a summons and checking documents. And they beat them almost to death. My father, who is 55 years old, with one finger missing on his left hand and barely feeling his hand at all, is currently in the hospital with a brain fracture,» the girl said.
