Capital police report suspicions against attacker in Kyiv
Investigators in the capital have reported suspicions against a man who attacked and robbed a passerby in central Kyiv. The city police made this information public.

A 54-year-old local resident approached the Shevchenkivskyi police department to report that he was beaten and robbed by an unknown assailant.
Arrest and Charges
The attacker, a 33-year-old foreigner, was arrested within a day at a Kyiv metro station. He has been charged under Part 4 of Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for robbery committed under martial law. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
