Innovative School Transformation Project in Kyiv Region
In the occupied village in Kyiv region, one of the experimental schools, damaged during the war, will undergo a complete architectural transformation. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science.

The project will be implemented thanks to the support of Belgium, which will allocate 4.8 million euros for this purpose. The Ministry of Education noted that the initiative involves not only cosmetic repairs but also a deep rethinking of the educational space. After the transformation, the school will receive a modern design, recreation areas, and comfortable multifunctional spaces for learning and development.
Key Aspects of the Architectural Transformation
— an open inner courtyard for learning and recreation in the fresh air;
— barrier-free premises;
— sports grounds, workshops, music and art rooms that will be open to all interested parties after classes;
— an open assembly hall for meetings and gatherings.
The Ministry of Education added that in addition to this school, with the participation of the Belgian side, the reconstruction of a number of other educational institutions in various regions of Ukraine is planned, totaling over 21 million euros.
