In the village of Vovchansk in Chuhuiv district, a woman was killed and two men were injured during a Russian shelling on July 15. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on their official Telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.
«According to the investigation, on July 15, as a result of enemy shelling of the city of Vovchansk, a woman was killed and two men were injured,» the post said.
Pre-trial investigation underway
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violations of laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
